We look for the best person for the job, regardless of location or schedule. Currently, we have employees who are full-time, part-time, students, and beyond. Some employees are in the office 5 days a week, while others are fully remote across Canada.
Basically, we know there’s no one-size-fits-all work style — and for the right individuals, we’re willing to get creative to find a solution that works best. -
Don’t get us wrong: we take our work seriously, but we’re always trying to keep things in perspective. And for us, that means that family and mental health always come first. Sometimes it can be hard to balance work commitments and personal ones — but we’re cognizant of the fact that all of us are walking that tightrope together, and we do our best to support that balance for all of our employees.

We take fun seriously, too. From team lunches or happy hours, to summer events and NHL games, we are always looking for ways to liven things up, build genuine relationships, and just have fun together. We spend more of our working time at work than anywhere else — it shouldn’t suck!
In the last year, we’ve done rooftop mini-golf, had cocktail parties, Nerf-gun battles, surprise trivia afternoons, and more. Got an idea of something fun we could do together? We’re always looking for inspiration. -
We’ve grown quite a bit over the last 5 years (from 7 to 25 employees) — which has meant there’s lots of opportunity for team members to step into new roles and try new things. As opposed to large companies with a rigid org chart, we’re nimble and able to promote teammates quickly or create new roles based on the the needs of the business and the aspirations of our team. We encourage teammates to bring forth ideas and suggestions and step outside their comfort zone.
In that same vein, we invest heavily in training and support for our team as they do try new things — so there are always multiple career paths, learning opportunities, and clear steps to progress.
